A Complete Football Development Agency In Barcelona
Zodiac Pro Agency exists to give international players — and the families behind them — a real, structured path into football, without leaving anything to chance.
We typically reply within 24 hoursRepresentation Alone Isn't Enough
Most agencies stop at representation, or at a training program. Zodiac Pro was built differently: we combine agency, academy, accommodation provider and club under one roof, so every part of a player's development — sporting, academic, personal and administrative — is handled by one accountable team.
We work with international players aged 12 to 25, and with the families, agents and clubs who trust us to look after them while they're in Barcelona.
One Team Instead Of Five Providers
Most families end up coordinating training, housing, visas and clubs on their own. With Zodiac Pro it's one accountable team.
The usual route
- Representation or a training program — rarely both
- Housing, visa and paperwork left to the family
- Several providers, several points of contact
- No club of their own to compete for
With Zodiac Pro
- Agency, academy and club under one roof
- In-house visa management and our own apartments (Zodiac Real Estate)
- One accountable team, 6 people dedicated to each player
- Zodiac Eleven, our own club — promoted to 3a Catalana in its first season

Training In A Real Football Capital
Barcelona is one of the world's great football cities — a hub of elite training culture, top-level clubs and academies, and a footballing lifestyle that surrounds players every day. Its climate allows year-round outdoor training, and its connectivity makes it easy for international families to visit and stay in touch.
For a player serious about developing, training in this environment — inside a structured program — makes the difference between a holiday camp and a real development path.
